From Josper Grill
Originating from Spain, Josper has been around for 80 years producing high quality charcoal fired ovens. Charcoal heats the heavy steel oven to 500 degrees Celsius which allows meat & fish to be cooked very fast, retaining the natural moisture. The rendering fat drips onto the charcoal creating delicious smoky flavors that permeate the meat. Our British beef is dry aged between 28 & 36 days depending on the cut, all are cooked on the Josper grill.
