Every bride wants the very best on their wedding day … but at Alderley Edge Hotel we can even go better.

When we talk about our complete food and drink packages we’re not just offering the best wedding breakfast facilities, bridal suite and beautifully landscaped gardens for your album pictures. It’s more than that.

We’re also talking about locally-sourced food that comes from the same award-winning kitchen team, that produces food for our 3-AA rosetted Alderley Restaurant and our retro ‘Brasserie’ – Cheshire Life’s ‘Restaurant of the Year’.

And it’s a team headed by Life’s new ‘Chef of the Year’ – so you can be sure that the food will be talked about for years to come. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

For a minimum of 50 guests you can enjoy the Laurent-Perrier Suite, with no hire charge, complimentary bridal suite for the honeymoon night, a welcome bottle of Champagne and basket of fruit.

You also get your own changing room at no extra cost.

And you have access to a personal wedding co-ordinator, a customised menu card service … and a special overnight rate for your guests.

But we still haven’t finished. We might be among the most popular and picturesque wedding venues in the North West but, if you’re looking for a fashionably off-peak weekday or Sunday wedding we can still offer you even better reduced rates.

The perfect place

Alderley Edge Hotel is now an approved venue for civil marriages so you can make your wedding vows here. The room hire is £395, including the relaxing sound of a resident pianist, and we work alongside Macclesfield Register Office to give you a memorable fairytale wedding.

Menu and wines

We have tried to make the choice of wedding breakfast and wine even easier for you by putting together a special package of suggestions. Choose from our set menus (vegetarian dishes and special diets are available on request) and we guarantee the highest standard of stylish service for £69.95 per person all inclusive or £59.95 for weekdays and Sundays through 2013.

Awards

Please forgive us if we give ourselves a pat on the back for Alderley Edge Hotel's performance in the Life Food Awards this week. Not only did the Brasserie win the "Best Cheshire Restaurant" title but our head chef Chris Holland was named "North West chef of the year". A wonderful 'double' and many thanks to everyone who made it happen. To go on about it too much may not be appropriate but, suffice to say, we are very well pleased! I love food. Cooking it, reading about it, watching TV cookery shows and, of course, eating it. So in my opinion, there’s little more satisfying than a plate full of amazing food beautifully presented. I was invited to Alderley Edge Hotel to take a look at the changes they’ve made lately to the decor and layout in their bar and dining area. Always elegant, it was perhaps looking a little dated, and the steps up and down to the restaurant placed limitations on diners and presented waiters with challenges.
