Alderley Edge Hotel now offers two very different eating experiences.

The fine-dining Alderley Restaurant Cheshire is now complemented by the relaxed alternative atmosphere of our new brasserie.

One is among the country’s top 10 per cent of prestige eating places – serving classic, exceptionally stylish cuisine with flair, imagination, extravagant twists and a creative depth of flavour.

The other specialising in a new take on high-quality retro brasserie dishes, throughout the day and evening, in a more relaxed atmosphere.

I love food. Cooking it, reading about it, watching TV cookery shows and, of course, eating it. So in my book there’s little more satisfying than a plate full of amazing food beautifully presented. I was invited to Alderley Edge Hotel to take a look at the changes they’ve made lately to the decor and layout in their bar and dining area. Always elegant, it was perhaps looking a little dated, and the steps up and down to the restaurant placed limitations on diners and presented waiters with challenges. The Alderley Edge Hotel is one of my favourite Cheshire establishments. Dining here is always a special treat, the hospitality shown by Mr Ahmet Kurcer and his team is always impeccable, the service is attentive and efficient without being intrusive.

Food produced by the talented kitchen team using local ingredients is excellent and is at the cutting edge of modern cuisine; the dishes are innovative and are certainly equal to those from the best UK restaurants. There is an extensive wine cellar with a good selection of new and old world wines.

I thoroughly recommend a visit.
