The whole experience at the Alderley Edge Hotel exceeded most four rosette restaurants let alone three. The menu was executed with talent, skill and passion by a chef who’s clearly more concerned with the food on the plate rather than his ego.

Head chef Chris Holland showcases his diverse and exciting culinary flair under the discerning eye of charming hotel manager Ahmet Kurcer, creating a unique dining experience, thoroughly deserving of the three AA rosettes it was recently awarded.

The meal was delightful, every course was beautifully presented and quite superb and the service spot on.
